The space
A 100m² large, freshly renovated and newly furnished, cozy apartment awaits you, 100m from the well-known water tower in Prenzlauer Berg.
They sleep in 3 bedrooms with high-quality box-spring beds, each separate from the central kitchen-living room. In this you can sit together, eat and sit together. In addition, the apartment offers a shower/bath and a guest toilet and a guest toilet.
The apartment is fully equipped for daily life and intended for your sole use. In addition to crockery and cooking utensils as well as filter coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and combined washer-dryer, the beds are freshly made for you, towels are provided. Large modern apartment in family friendly neighborhood with tons of great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc nearby. Incredible area of Berlin! Apartment is great for families with room to spread out (indoors - the patio isn’t really accessible as it is a shared area for building), great kitchen set up with all the things you need pls dishwasher, and two bathrooms with laundry.

We enjoyed our stay at Nina’s place a lot. It’s our favorite area in Berlin with many great restaurants. Everything is walkable and a park for the kids nearby. The apartment is in the back court of the building which makes it a quiet place to stay despite being in a busy area. Nina was responsive and very understanding of our changing travel schedule which we appreciated a lot. Thanks for hosting us and thanks for your flexibility.

This is a great place for families with 5+ people or if the kids are older and need some independent space. It is close to so many things and easily accessible to transits. There are grocery stores close to get food to cook in the great kitchen, and there are lots of places for food to get to eat as well. It is very safe and well lit and very inviting. The rooms and bathrooms are a great size. The washer and dryer is very helpful. The furnishings are very nice as well. It is really a great home away from home for a longer stay in Berlin. We loved it!!!
