Welcome in the Kollwitz Mansion!

This stunning location is absolutely centrally situated in Berlin Mitte/Prenzlauer Berg, directly on the famous Kollwitz Square, a very quiet, residential and green area with nice Cafés and Restaurants.

I designed and decorated this location in 2017 and I wanted to create a very special place for my guests. The apartment is situated in a quiet family house, on the ground and first floor with private entrance directly on the street, like in a town villa. It is 110 sqm large and has two levels: Once you get in the entrance, nice original industrial stairs are leading to the first floor with large dining room and an amazing view on a 7 meters high window to the street side; on the backside (inner courtyard side), you will find the private rooms (two large suite bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms + separate toilets); from the entrance, further stairs are leading downstairs to the cozy living room with huge TV and a bar.

Living room: bar, a big Smart TV, dvd/blueray, hi-fi with bluetooth, a leather Sofa Bed with a real mattress for 2 additional persons (children, teenagers). Silver palm wallpaper from Holland.

Dining room: a big dining table, 2 meters long, chairs "Masters" and "Ghost" from Kartell, lights from Tom Dixon, amazing "tree of life" wallpaper from France/Elitis, big open Kitchen with everything you need, Italian coffee machine from Delonghi, coffee included, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Fridge, Freezer, Microwave, Toaster..

The two wonderful old Wood Doors lead to the backside with a large corridor, separate toilets and two bedrooms with their ensuite private bedrooms.

1. The "green" Bedroom invites you in its cozy green and silver ambiance, wallpaper from Belgium, super comfortable boxspring bed (160 cm large), open walk-in cupboard, private bathroom with Villeroy&Boch floor tiles and Grohe shower, toilets. Approx. 18 sqm

2. The "Gold" Bathroom is a dream in Gold. Large Boxspring bed (180 cm large), en suite bathroom with a big Italian shower in gold, open walk-in cupboard, wallpaper from Belgium. Approx. 20 sqm. Guests in this bedroom use the separate toilets in the corridor.

Children/Babies: We have baby cots for our guests and also a baby chair. Children are very welcome, they can sleep downstairs in the Sofa Bed in the Living Room.

Sofa Bed in the living room: We thought of children traveling with sleeping there in the first place. But the high quality sofa bed (160 cm large, real slatted frame and mattress, please have a look at the photos) offers a very comfortable sleeping situation for 2 additional adults also.

Of course, WLAN/WIFI Internet included.

Amazing location.

Amazing location. The local market is right around the corner. The area is filled with nice restaurants and has an interesting history. It is quiet. Overlooks a park opposite. The apartment is beautiful. The beds are very soft and comfy. The public transport is close by. Just a short pleasant walk. I really enjoyed staying here by Kollwitz Platz. It is so much nicer than the centre of Berlin. People ride their bikes, rather than cars everywhere. Kids play in the kindergarten opposite. It was peaceful, serene, and still ultra convenient.
