The bright industrial Loft used to be an old Piano factory. We turned it into a cozy Holiday Home for groups and families, as well as an Co-Working/Co-Living and Event - Space for companies.
The space is 160sqm, has 3 seperate bedrooms and one big group space that also includes a kitchen, a living room area to relax and a dinette with a big table to eat and work. In the kitchen area you will also find a french press for your morning coffee to start your day right.
The space
The location offers perfect conditions for storing goods and preparing for fairs and conventions.
Outside you find a big garden space (100sqm) , a table corner for breakfast in the sun and a hammock to relax.

We provide our guests with a fast WIFI Connection (100mbit/s), a TV and a Nintendo WII Console for the kids.
The spacious bathroom has 5 shower cubicles and 4 toilets.

It was full of graffiti and we were so excited! It was fun to coexist with the Cozy part and the hip part. There are also 4 toilets, so large groups can stay for about a week.
