Located in Berlin-Wedding which is a district of Berlin-Mitte, the city-west as well as the center of Berlin is easily accessible.The apartment can accommodate up to 10 people. The apartment includes 3 separate bedrooms, 1 living room with an open kitchen, as well as 2 bathrooms.

The space
In this bright duplex apartment you will find in the first level all three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bathrooms providing a very comfortable rain shower an one of the bathroom provide an additional bath tube. When you follow inside the gallery the stairs in the 2nd level of the penthouse you will find the living room with a fully equipped open kitchen and a 100sqm rooftop terrace incl. gardem- Here you have a breathtaking view over the district Berlin-Wedding.

The modern apartment has a bright living room with a large flatscreen TV incl. a chromecast to streaming movies, a sonos music speaker for streaming music, a comfortable sleeping sofa, a kitchen and a dining table. The open kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher. In the 3 separate bedrooms you will find 1 queen box spring bed and 2 king size beds.

A digital guest folder (tablet) will give you 24/7 access to helpful information, the surroundings, tips & recommendations about sightseeing and nightlife.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. In the apartment house you can use a luggage storage and a laundry room with a washing machine free of charge.

The apartment is all to yourself.

Before your arrival you will receive an invitation for our online check-in. After the execution you will receive your personal door code, with which you can enter your apartment, on the day of your arrival from 3 pm, without personal interaction.

Other things to note
Please note: As a professional host we will send you a link for our online check in 3 days before your arrival. At the online check-in you will receive the door code for your apartment and all information about entering the apartment.

Furthermore we will request a damage deposit (between 300 and 600 EUR). The deposit will be only "blocked", but not debited. The deposit will be released approx. 24 hours after a flawless check-out.

Great stay—perfect for groups! The penthouse is impressive, modern, and well appointed. Check in instructions were clear and straightforward. Though the location is a bit off the beaten path, our group was very pleased to be “home” at the end of each day.

We loved the apartment! It’s spacious, beautiful, well-designed and comfortable for a larger group. I really appreciated attention to detail — in the way the apartment is designed/built, to the check-in/out process (fully automated). The apartment is very close to the U-bahn and S-bahn station (Wedding), there are shops in close vicinity. Hosts were extremely nice, helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

Very nice apartment close to the Metro. Very clean in a safe area. Good communication with the hosts. Maybe a microwave would be a plus for the next time.
