The space
Our penthouse offers a superb choice for guests seeking a central and spacious place to stay. With great open plan living it´s ideally suited for families, a group of friends or people coming for business. With its super central location, it´s easy for everyone to get around quickly.
The kitchen is fully equipped for a light or larger dining experience with all the amenities including dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and an espresso machine.
Relax in the open plan living room with leather lounges, large screen TV and a dining table for six.
Three large bedrooms are complimented with comfortable box spring beds. Two bedrooms with double beds and the third bedroom with two single beds which can be pushed together or separated. All bedrooms have external shade sails and light block out curtains.
You will also find two bathrooms with the larger having a bathtub and bidet.
Want more time to relax? Then head up to our roof terrace and enjoy 360 degree city views. Great for social afternoon drink or star gazing at night.
A full laundry is offered with washer and clothes dryer which is particularily suited for guests traveling through or staying longer. The apartment also allows access to the communal sauna and gymnasium located in the underground section of the building. If you are arriving by car we have underground car spaces available for 10 euro per night which must be reserved.
Guest access
The apartment is fully available to the guest during their stay.
Other things to note
During summer we provide fans for all the rooms and a portable air conditioning unit for the living room.
All towels, bedding, shower gel and toilet paper are provided.
Included is 1 free car space.

Marcus’ place was absolutely the best. Traveling with teenagers means needing some space, and the apartment had room for us all. The space is exactly as pictured and super clean. Marcus sent detailed and easy instructions and answered all questions quickly.

The spacious apartment fully suited our needs with its several bedrooms and large living room where we could work at the dining table. We also appreciated the stable wifi connection and the ability to hook up the large TV to one of our laptops to go through concepts and workflows in our team while working on projects. This penthouse was the best home away from home while visiting Berlin. It is private but on a main avenue. Small grocery stores in both directions and plenty of coffee shops, take away options, and apothecaries within 2-3 blocks. This home was in a great location right next to the subway. It had lots of inventory for towels, dishes, glasses, etc. Roof top would have been wonderful if the weather had cooperated!
