Description
The apartment is located in the most beautiful district of Freiburg, within walking distance (max 10 minutes) to the city center, is located in a quiet side street and surrounded by cafes, and restaurants, an organic shop, a large playground on Annaplatz and much more.

Please note that rates are increasing per person. Therefore, fully submit your group size.
The space
Our apartment has three lovingly furnished bedrooms with double beds In the living room, there is also a pull-out couch if needed. The beds are made for each guest and each guest receives 2 towels. In the bathroom there is also the most important one (toilet paper, hair dryer, replacement toothbrush, shower gel) and in the fridge we have fresh cow and oat milk.
Since we partly use the apartment ourselves, it has fully equipped kitchen with espresso machine, kettle, gas stove, olive oil, spices, tea, etc.
Free parking is only 150m away. Let us know when you come by car.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location!
In the heating period, it may be more suitable for max 6 people, as the gas stove is a bit noisy at night in the living room (where a sofa bed is located).

I stayed 2 nights with a friend at Jan Ole's place. We are around 50. Parking is somewhat limited but the apartment is very close to the center and S-Bahn. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment is puristic but decorated with charm and taste. We felt right at home. The hosts are very kind and straightforward and immediately responded to small uncertainties. Would spend some days in the beautiful apartment again anytime.

We were very warmly welcomed. The apartment is centrally located and quiet in the center. It was clean and stylish. Parking is quite expensive in the street, but it is possible to park the car for free in a nearby parking lot on weekends.

It was a wonderful stay in a thoughtfully decorated apartment, simply charming, actually inspiring!!! The location was in a good neighborhood, walking distance to the city center, next time I will bring more time to explore the immediate surroundings. Everything in the apartment was clean, comfortable and ready, Jan-Ole was very nice and accommodating. Full hearted recommendation! I would definitely stay there again when visiting Freiburg....which I definately plan to do : ))
