The space
The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, a living room with sofa corner, a large dining table for 6 people and a fireplace for the cooler season. The kitchen is newly built in and equipped with everything you need. The bathroom features a bath with shower. The toilet is in a separate room. On the south side there is a large balcony with sun awning. Sunrise to sunset, the apartment is flooded with light.
The meadow belonging to the house is kept close to nature. It is habitat for many flowers and insects.
Parking is right in front of the house. The bus stop is 3 minutes away.

Facilities
The living room has a large dining table with 6 chairs, a leather sofa and 2 modern armchairs with small side tables. Television and fireplace complete the picture.
In the large bedroom, two comfortable armchairs invite you to read and look. A clothes rack with shelves, two half-height borders and the bed drawer provide space for the clothes. In the room is a washstand. A glass door leads to the south balcony.
There are also two comfortable armchairs in the small bedroom. Here, bed drawers and an open board offer plenty of storage space. The room is illuminated by a glass door that also leads to the south balcony. There you will find seating and reclining furniture. The bathroom is tiled, the bathtub is equipped with a shower device. Mirror cabinet and board provide space for personal things.
In the hallway there is a wall mirror, a wardrobe and a shelf.
With the exception of kitchen and wet rooms, the apartment is newly equipped with wooden parquet flooring.
In addition to the sink, the kitchen has a stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and coffee machine. At the small wooden table with two comfortable bowl chairs you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun.

Guest access
The apartment is located on the top floor of the house and is reached via the shared stairwell.

Beautiful apartment, very clean and well equipped with everything you need. The check-in went smoothly and the location was great. There is a space to park your car en within a couple minutes walking you are near a supermarket, walking trail, places to get a drink or eat something. Would recommend.

Amazing stay.

Amazing stay. The house was beautiful with the perfect view. Close to everything. There are stairs leading up to the property and inside the property so keep that in mind when traveling with kids.
