The space
Welcome home Ripalta,
The House opens its doors after a recent renovation (2013) and boasts three spacious and bright rooms: a double with private bathroom, a second double and a third bedroom with two sofa beds. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with all appliances. The house is completed by a shared bathroom and a laundry room/closet with external entrance. Furnished in a simple and well-kept country style, the House ensures maximum comfort, tranquility and privacy for its guests.
The private garden is large and well maintained, spread over two levels and offers a sheltered dining area, private parking for two parking spaces and a recently installed barbecue.
Guest access
Guests have free access to the entire property, everything you find in the house is at your disposal. Take advantage of the garden to your liking and you can also collect fresh herbs for cooking. Private parking is at your complete disposal.
Other things to note
WASTE
recycling takes place in our municipality. In the house you will find the appropriate containers for the different types of materials.
Thanks to the
collaboration The Garden has an automatic irrigation system,if you are on the lawn at 4:00 am a nice shower is assured.

It's the 2nd time I've stayed at Chiara's place.
It's the 2nd time I've stayed at Chiara's place. I really like it, if you're going to get a little disconnection from the buzz and the chaos of the cities...feel free to stay here. Keep in mind that in the village the shop closes for several hours during the course of the day.

We had a great stay at Casa Ripalta. Chiara was very welcoming and she gave excellent recommendations for restaurants and bakery in Vinci, so if you visit do trust her :). She was very responsive and super nice. The house was very cute and looked just like in the photos. Easy access by car, just by the side of the road, but very quiet at night (no traffic background noise). Vinci was just a nice walk away so we spent the evenings in this small village and loved every second.
