Villa completely exclusively for you with beautiful private pool overlooking the Tuscan hills, situated at 500 meters above sea level, ideal for groups up to 30 people, with living room and professional kitchen.

The space
The villa has 13 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, can accommodate up to 30 people.
it is immersed in the green Tuscan hills, beautiful scenery and unforgettable sunsets.
Living room with fireplace, TV, sofa, tables and chairs where you can eat all together, fully equipped kitchen for groups with dishwasher, freezer, refrigerator, oven, big stove, pots, crockery and cutlery.
In the Villa there are 5 other kitchens, one in each apartment.
Outside terrace with tables and chairs, barbecue, wood oven, Ping-Pong and pool exclusively for your group.
It is located in the Park of 300 acres completely fenced where you can hike in the trails up to the tree house.
The Villa can not be reached by large bus . (Maximum minibus compact 26 seats)

Guest access
In the villa: 13 rooms, 12 bathrooms and 5 kitchens.
Barbecue, wood oven, Pin Pong, private pool, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, outdoor terrace, solarium, equipped kitchens.
In the Park: Horse riding, Archery, Trekking, tour by jeep, mountain biking, bird watching, animal spotting, fishing lake, FREE WI-FI at the reception.
On request: cooking directly in the Villa.

Additional charges not mandatory :
• Bed linen and bath towels kit €10 per person (3 towels in different sizes, pillow cover and bed sheets). Blankets and pillow are included in the rental cost.

Five well-deserved stars! I chose Villa Cungi to celebrate my 30th birthday and I was very happy with the choice! Chiara, impeccable, super helpful and adorable host who was able to recommend an incredible catering (Chef Giulio and bartender Savino were really good and were able to please everyone). Very clean villa is equipped with any comfort, breathtaking views and tranquility just a 5-minute drive to downtown. Guests and I have met beyond our expectations, and we will definitely be back! The Villa was gorgeous!

The Villa was gorgeous! We hosted a wedding and Chiara's help made the process so much less stressful. She was more than accommodating and the few concerns that came up she solved immediately. She was quick to respond for anything. She was kind, helpful and so welcoming during our stay. We cannot recommend her and the property enough! Her help was invaluable and we are forever grateful for her for making our dream destination wedding a reality!

Absolutely recommend.

Absolutely recommend. The Airbnb sits on the hill of Sansepolcro, with a wonderful view. It's a bit remote, so ideal for private events. Chiara the hostess is super nice and helpful! She was very quick to respond to requests and proactively tried to make our stay as enjoyable as possible, check in and check was quick and easy. My brother and I could celebrate a great and perfect birthday. Thank you!
