The villa-house, with splendid sea view ranging from Talamone to Ansedonia is set in a quiet and peaceful setting, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation.
The property is arranged on different levels that follow the trend of the land.
Respecting the typical Tuscan structures, it has a rustic and refined style and is characterized by fine finishes such as terracotta floors and ceilings with wooden beams.

The space
Outside there are large porches furnished with care, garden terraces and a large barbecue area with panoramic views.
Inside we find a bright living room with fireplace, dining area, study, kitchen, 3 bedrooms with French bed (140 cm wide), 3 bathrooms.
All indoor and outdoor spaces are for the exclusive use of guests only.

Guest access
The property is surrounded by a vast park with olive trees and Mediterranean scrub with parking area.
The access road is private and closed with electric gate.

To reach the house you have to take a steep road but absolutely walkable by everyone.

Other things to note
The apartment is equipped with a new air conditioning system.
There is unlimited WI-FI internet.
Housekeeping is available once a week upon request.

We loved the Villa in a beautiful surroundings, with amazing view. Comfortably furnished and decorated, we loved the fact that we could go to the beach without having to park, etc. The underwater Roman ruins of Bagni di Domiziano were a real treat for the teens and the adults! Marina, thank you for your hospitality.

Already the enchanting view that spans the entire horizon is a rare and exciting feature. The patio in front of the house is spacious, attention to detail and so cozy that we spent a good part of the vacation. The interior spaces are also pleasant, functional and equipped with every comfort. We can therefore confirm that we had a serene and relaxing vacation from all points of view.

Four of us spent a week in the house of Marina as a family with adult children.

Four of us spent a week in the house of Marina as a family with adult children. Every day we were able to enjoy the beautiful views, the well-kept garden and the huge covered on the new terrace. Over the short but steep footpath we were everyone in the small bay for swimming. Bedroom and living area are stylishly furnished, the kitchen small but super equipped. We liked it very much.

We had a wonderful time at Marina's villa. The views were spectacular and the house was more spacious and attractive than the photos suggest. The bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms were very clean. We especially appreciated that many basic items were provided, including toilet paper, paper towels, oil & vinegar, salt & pepper, etc. so we were not coming to an empty house. We also appreciated the kitchen, which has a great stove and is well stocked with pots and pans, plates and silverware for cooking - clearly a space that is used by the owners and not a space just let out to renters with minimal equipment as is so often the case. There is a lovely little beach just a few minutes walk down the hill which we used for late afternoon swims when the day tourists left for the day! The house is well located with easy access to Porto Santo Stefano, Porto Ercole, the Giannella beach clubs, and Orbatello. Please note you need a car and the villa is off the main SP road that is not walkable.
