The space
This peaceful and spacious two-bedroom apartment with an unobstructed view of the valley and the sea is located on a quiet edge of the village of Marsalforn. It is just a 5-minute walk to the lively town Centre and harbour of Marsalforn. Here you are able to enjoy plenty of Coffee shops, restaurants and bars directly at the sea. Several grocery stores can be reached in 5 minutes walking.
The apartment is ideal for a couple or a family as well as remote workers. In summer it is individually climatized by three AC units. The coin operated AC and Underfloor heating have been installed for efficient electricity consumption. Since the whole apartment is insulated, it has a perfect room climate all year round and makes it a rare place fitting all seasons. It is perfect for remote workers, holidaymakers, divers, hikers, and climbers even in winter.
Marsalforn is a popular town with good infrastructure at the north coast of Gozo with a small sandy beach and many beautiful bays and swimming spots all around.
Gozo is famous for diving, snorkelling, and many more water sports as well as for biking, hiking, and rock-climbing. Gozo is considered one of the top diving destinations in the Mediterranean with one of the world’s best underwater visibilities and there are several diving centers in Marsalforn, the nearest is within 2 minutes walking distance from the apartment.
The fascinating coastline offers plenty of adventure and things to discover for children over and underwater.

The area is very quiet, as well as the building. 3 supermarkets are easily accessible by foot and the local bay is a great place for diner and ice cream or just chill at the small pebble beach.
