The space
This tremendous property is built in modern Maltese style and offers 4 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms and stunning views over Gozo. The villa has a lounge area and a spacious living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen leading directly to the sunset terrace including a large designer pool and a beautiful barbecue area. The big roof terrace gives breathtaking 360 degree sea and countryside views. All rooms are equipped with automatic AC’s. The property has been tastefully designed with high end furniture, unique paintings and many other decorative pieces. Free parking spaces are available in front of the house.

The house welcomes you with a tastefully designed entrance area leadig into a cozy lounge area including a pull-out-sofa, a TV, and a large terrace with distant views over the island.

This level comes with a good sized double bedroom, containig a large wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom. A balcony door leads to a breakfast terrace with comfortable seating and amazing island views.

The artful staircase leads to the upper floor, where 2 more double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are situated. One of the bedrooms has a French balcony, from the other a beautifully designed spiral staircase leading to a fabolous rooftop terrace.

On the rooftop terrace you can relax comfortably on the sun loungers, do yoga, meditate and above all enjoy the breathtaking 360 degree view towards the sunny hills and the sea with the amazing Ramla Bay (Red Beach).

The lower level includes a gorgous pool, a spacious living and dining room wich opens up with a open kitchen and direct access to the pool, a big sundeck terrace and a beautiful barbecue area.

The open kitchen, is fully equipped icluding a gas stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle and a toaster.

The large dining table can host up to 12 people.

The living area consists of a big and cozy leather sofa and a TV wall including a large flat screen. This level offers you memorable views over the pool, the garden and the island itself.

The whole property can be cooled or heated via Automatic AC and offers High-speed internet.

Other things to note
The entire holiday home enjoys complete privacy, including the terraces and swimming pool. As we are not a party house we ask guests to treat our home and neighbours with respect.

Tourist tax/Environmental Contribution Act: The contribution is payable by all tourists who are 18 years or older irrespective of nationality (including locals). It amounts to EUR 0.50 per person for each night spent on the Maltese Islands at any type of accommodation such as hotels, guesthouses, hostels, resorts, apartments, farmhouses, villas, timeshare and host families, amongst others. The contribution is capped at a maximum of EUR 5.00 for each continuous stay. This applies also to twin-centre stays in Malta and Gozo.

The stay was perfect - 10/10. Birgit is an amazing host, explained everything excellently, also showed us cool spots. The house exceeds expectations, it all went smoothly. Great location: Only 20m away is a bus stop that allows for perfect connection.

The villa is very big and fits 8-10 people comfortably - it was exactly what we needed for our team’s teambuilding trip as we were spending most of our time there. The view overlooking the valley is beautiful at all times of the day and the pool overlooking it made it all the more special. The area is quiet and there is a small grocery store very close by for daily needs which was very convenient.
