• The villa is located in upper Peyia, under a 10 minute drive to the beach and the main strip of Coral Bay with numerous restaurants bars and shops. It is only a 5 minute drive into the tranquil village of Peyia, with the local supermarket, bars and restaurants.

• Very tranquil, the villa is built in a small quiet cul de sac, no traffic, very peaceful and relaxing.
• Approximately 35 minutes drive to Paphos International Airport and 1 hr 45 minutes from Larnaca Airport

The villa was pleasing both aesthetically and functionally -

The villa was pleasing both aesthetically and functionally - coming with facilities and amenities for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed the heated pool, and the ping-pong table which provided for fun times. The many inside and outside spaces for hanging out and sharing a meal together were also much appreciated.

This was an awesome place,

This was an awesome place, we stayed in February so opted to pay the extra for the heated swimming pool and hot tub which was well worth the money, as we used them every day, even when the weather changed. The view is stunning and the accommodation easily sleeps 8 adults, if you are wanting to opt for 10 people then I would say 2 of those will need to be children as the additional beds are camp beds. We had a couple of issues with the electric and alarm but Villa Retreats where very quick to respond and their customer service is amazing, so I would highly recommend this villa, it's location is stunning and only 10 minutes drive to Coral Bay.
