The space
Our centrally located apartment in Nicosia is arranged so that you can pick up your luggage and be as comfortable as it is in your home. Good for your short and long term stays. Comfortable and fully equipped. Perfect for remote workers. It is functional, decorated to provide a delightful and peaceful energy. If you want to have your coffee on the balcony, watch a movie on netflixte, walk around the city on foot, go out and hike the sports field, this apartment is suitable for all of them.

Our apartment is in an earthquake-resistant building in a central and safe area of Nicosia. The apartment has elevator and locked main entrance with audio intercom system. Our apartment is 20 min drive to Ercan Airport, 40 min drive to Larnaca Airport. The apartment is 2 minutes walk to the bus station.
From this terminal you can travel by bus to other cities and anywhere in the city.
10 minutes drive to Kermiya Metehan checkpoint, 5 minutes drive to Ledra Palace checkpoint, 4 minutes drive to Lodge Gate Ledra checkpoint. 7 min walk to Merit Hotel Casino and Spa. 15 min drive to Concorde Tower Hotel & Casino & Spa and 2 min drive from downtown Nicosia. 3 min walks to Turkish Embassy.
You can reach the city of Kyrenia in 15 minutes by car, which is popular with its historical and tourist attractions, beaches and casinos. Escape Beach is about a 20 minute drive away and Alagadi Turtle Coast is about 40 minute drive away.
There is an ATM in front of our apartment and there is a pharmacy, stationary, market nearby our apartment.
The street nearby the apartment has a pizza restaurant, kebab restaurant, sandwich shop and chicken restaurant. Our apartment is also nearby the Traditional Cyprus Tavernas (1 min walk). Big Chefs restaurant (Turkish and World cuisine) is a 3 minute walk away.
You can take a walk in the outdoor sports complex nearby the apartment and use outdoor fitness tools for free.
You can get to the old town of Nicosia with a 10 min walk and you can get to it in 3 min by car.
Dereboyu Street with popular shopping, restaurants, and cafes is an 8 minute walk away.
Elite Hospital IF centre is 3 min drive, Cyprus Gino Life IF Centre is 5 min drive, Kolan British Hospital IF centre is a 10 minute drive. Miracle Hospital IVF center, Ivox IVF center, Ethics Hospital, Capital Hospital are a 10 minute drive away.

Living room, kitchen and bedroom has inverter air conditioning, you can use it for cooling or heating.

There is an iron, board table, linen hanger and linen cupboards. There is also liquid laundry detergent, laundry softener.

The rooms of the apartment are clean, neat and spacious. The peaceful and comfortable open plan living room with kitchen has a beautiful view balcony where you can smoke, where you can have a pleasant time during the day and night. The living room has a separate study desk, 50 inch LCD screen Smart TV. You can use Netflix, Apple TV, Prime Video, Youtube, Spotify, and more.

There is also free and unlimited internet that you can use in the entire apartment.

This apartment has uninterrupted hot water in the bathroom and kitchen.

The hallway closet has first aid supplies, lanterns, scissors, and a sewing box.

You can check in to the apartment yourself with the key in the key box. The key box is at the right side of the main entrance. In the key box, you can find two key, one for main entrance and the other one is for flat entrance.

The section at the flat entrance has a dashboard with emergency phone numbers and information notes hanging.
You can park your car in front of the apartment.

Guest access
Guests have access to every room except the locked room that we use as a warehouse in the apartment.

Other things to note
1- Gas and water are included in the fee.
Electricity is free up to 10 kW per day. Extra overuse is charged.
p.s: for safety, please turn off the powered appliances before leaving the house. e.g: air conditioning, iron, toaster
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment but you can smoke on the balcony.
If you would like cleaning service during your stay, you will have to pay the fee.

Our Family of 2 adults and 2 kids stayed for 5 days.

Our Family of 2 adults and 2 kids stayed for 5 days. The place is exactly the same as in the photos and very suitable for families. Peaceful, safe and convenient and within walking distance to the old town. The host was very friendly and fast in responding to any needs we had. Definitely recommended!
