Hello Travelers, we welcome you to explore our new luxury villa that awaits to share its mesmerizing sunsets at the beach with you. Located centrally, this modern 4-bedroom villa offers a spectacular and uninterrupted view of the Mediterranean sea from every corner of this lavish property.

The open architectural design of the living and dining area, as well as the sliding wall, flood the entire house with plenty of sunshine all day. As the sun sets, hand picked lights and lamp strewn across the villa bounce dramatically, creating a serene effect you always desire.

Just 8 minutes away from the Coral Bay and Tomb of the Kings, Posidonia Villa in Paphos has tucked away in the peaceful backwater area off the coast.

Yet, it is just a stone thrown away from the beach. Close to St. George Hotel and Laura Hotel, the villa is just a few minutes away from Paphos Harbour, City Center and the Paphos Mall.

Adding more to your convenient stay, everything from Beach bars, and local restaurants to the supermarket and medical stores, all are just 2 minutes by foot.

If a beach party is not in mind, the communal swimming pool of the Posidonia villa with unobstructed views of its uniquely Cypriot Vista is here to relax and rejuvenate. It's amazing to lounge out in the pool face up towards the starry night sky and being in complete harmony with the surrounding.

Modern furniture, luxury detailing, spacious ensuite bedrooms and well-equipped kitchen, BBQ area, and bathrooms will give you a feel of the most opulent yet secluded living that you always dream to escape the routine life.

management committee the communal swimming pool is still open but under some regulations that they should be respected by every guest.

*No additional guests are allowed to attend the property for a function (ie. breakfast, dinner, party etc.) without the prior written consent from the owner. Please note that only the number of guests specified on the booking form is allowed to stay at the villa.

*The villa has a strict quiet time after 11:00 Pm

We stayed at this villa for 8 nights for our wedding. It was immaculate when we arrived, and Sevinos was a great host. He came to visit on the first day to talk us through the villa, and we also had a couple of our party missing due to health issues, but when they arrived he made a second and third visit to ensure everyone was ok. He was available 24/7, however we didn’t need him as everything was explained. The area is nice, it has direct access to the beach and has a private shared pool for the villa complex. We are grateful we found this villa for our wedding and it really did make everything special for us. If we could give more than 5* we definitely would.
