Welcome to our exquisite three-story, four-bedroom villa in popular Limnaria Villas, perfect for short-term rentals. This luxurious retreat offers a blend of elegance, comfort, and ample space to ensure a memorable stay.

There is a communal pool 100m away for you to enjoy. You have your own private garden and outdoor patio area giving you privacy to enjoy your own space. Your closest beach is a 10 min walk away; and you are very close to shops, restaurants and the bus route.

The space
This magnificent 4 bedroom villa has sleeping accommodation for 8 guests. Recently renovated, this stylish home has everything that you need to enjoy your holiday; and offers lots of cupboard space. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery as well as all all cooking utensils; and there is free WiFi throughout. There is bed linen as well as bath and swimming towels for you to use.

Guest access
The keys are in a keybox outside the front door.
As our guest, you have full use of the pool area and gardens; and we have sun loungers available for you to use near the pool.

Other things to note
You might faintly hear the dogs barking occasionally at the Animal Rescue Cyprus, but this is mainly during feeding times only.

Pool rules:
1. There is no lifeguard or fence around the pool, so use of the pool is entirely at your own risk.
2. Opening hours: the pool is only open from 9AM until 6PM from May - October. Absolutely no entry to the pool is allowed outside of these times.
3. NO GLASS, CERAMICS OR SHARP OBJECTS are allowed around the pool – plastic containers only.
4. NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12 WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION (AGE 18+)
5. Appropriate swimwear must be worn by all swimmers – particularly young children and babies. Swimming nappies MUST be worn at ALL times by babies.

Spacious accommodation

Spacious accommodation, sizeable bedrooms good living space, lovely secluded garden, and excellent security. Room to accommodate up to 8 for dining inside or on patio. Walkable distance from beach, shops and restaurants. Shaded private parking space - car was not overheated to enter.

Jen and her partner were great hosts. They fixed a couple of things that needed doing in the villa. Jen responded quickly to messages. Villa had additional security which was appreciated. Location was great - near to beach and restaurants. Pool was lovely and quiet. Good size villa and garden area was really nice.

The villa is great, plenty of room, a lovely terrace and easy access to the pool. The only thing that it needs is an alarm !!! That’s a must! Other than that it was great, Jen was really helpful and nice.
