A traditional stone complex consisting of three two-bedroom and two one-bedroom houses.
Not just a big house. A whole complex for you! Normally we rent each house separately and this is a special price for all of them!
It is built on the highest point of Kallepeia village, with a wonderful view, a unique situation and quitness for those who want it.
The space
There are 5 separated houses, each house has 1 or 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room. All houses are sharing the garden, swimming pool and outdoor facilities.
A typical old Cypriot house with a lush green garden with a lawn and various flowering plants, as well as a stone oven, barbeque, has every modern convenience like: free wireless internet, swimming pool, free parking, The newly renovated maisonette is situated in the center of Paphos (Kato-Paphos) on a very quiet street within a 2-minute walk to the beach, town's embankment, local taverns, restaurants, pubs, bars and clubs. The house is equipped with the following appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, oven, hob, 65" smart TV and big fridge/freezer. STATE OF ART ALARM SYSTEM AND AUTOMATIC FLOODLIGHTS.

Free private parking and a very short walk to the bus station.
Other things to note
Free internet with 30mbps speed, router is in the living room and covers most of the rooms. The TV is smart and is connected to Hotbird Satelite. Only electricity is not covered in the rental price and is paid according to meter reading. It is usually around 10 euros per week without aircon use, with reasonable aircon use around 50 euros per week.ir conditioning, fire place.

Spacious and very clean property.
Spacious and very clean property. Location was great and only a short walk to restaurants and a small grocery shop, so its very convenient. The ensuite shower on the top floor bedroom had a missing shower glass panel so great care had to be taken when showering which is may be annoying to some. Similar to another reviews we found the use of a portable air-condition unit not very practical as you need to stick the hose out of the patio door for the unit to be effective. When the door is open, the road noise becomes more apparent. We were there when weather was not too hot so slept without the aircon. Overall the location, cleanliness and spaciousness was a winner for us for a five day stay.

Armen was extremely helpful from the get-go. We had some questions about whether the property would be useful for our needs and he was always ready to answer questions, plus even went out of his way to provide lots of plugs since we were travelling from aboard and needed adapters. Really kind.

I truly recommend.
I truly recommend. Plenty of space, 15 min walk to the harbour. The top room doesn’t have a classic air conditioner and it absolutely needs one! Other than that everything was great. The most important thing is that the villa has an alarm!!!
