The space
Recently renovated, this 3 bed 2 bath house is located in a vibrant neighborhood with shops and services. Banks, a hospital, supermarkets as well as clothing and shoe stores are within walking distance. Two amazing hosts will go out of their way to make sure you have a comfortable stay and everything you need.

Bedrooms have 3 super comfortable beds (1 king, 1 queen, and 1 queen-size convertible futon). Back and front patios with natural fencing provide privacy in case you want to enjoy the Cypriot sun or eat outside.

The house is located in the Strovolos area, on a quiet street 10 minutes by car from downtown. For families with kids interested in longer term arrangements, the area boasts some of the best public schools in the city as well as Falcon school, a private anglophone school.

Wireless internet is included.

Cleaning service once or twice a week is available upon request and payable on site.

Guest access
All appliances and kitchen equipment are available for your use. A/C units with warm and cool air are available in the kitchen/living room and all bedrooms (the house keeps very cool in the warmer months). In the winter months, hot water is heated through a central heating system which you can control.

We usually buy some food essentials for you for your first day.

We had a great stay at this place in August.

We had a great stay at this place in August. Alexis was super responsive and check in/out was very easy, with a bottle of wine and some supplies waiting for us on arrival. The accommodation is all on ground floor level, with three large bedrooms, the master bedroom being very large with an ensuite. The kitchen was well equipped and a pleasure to cook in with a large Alpha Mega supermarket nearby for groceries.
