It is located in the center of Nicosia, 3 min by car, 5 min walk to the most central street of Nicosia Makariou Avenue. There is a bus stop near the apartment. It has its own parking space.

Just below our building there is a small grocery store to help you quickly and easily. Its location is its strong point since you can easily and quickly get anywhere in Nicosia.

The apartment was in a really great location
The apartment was in a really great location, close to the centre of town. All communication went well and responsive. The apartment was spacious . However, it does need a lot of maintenance and refurbishment. Suitable for a short stay .

After a small failure very quickly corrected by our remarkably responsive host, our stay went well. We chose to use our vehicle to reach the city center where the price of parking is very affordable. Quiet accommodation is as described.

A nice, clean place maybe lacking a little decoration. Great to have the private parking spot with it. For us (with a small child) a little too far from the center to walk. Calm neighborhood.

The apartment is in a good spot and the parking is very handy to have.
The apartment is in a good spot and the parking is very handy to have. The apartment was mostly as per photos although it would benefit from some maintenance and more thorough cleaning. The shower appears to have been renovated, although the shower head holder was missing when we stayed here which was a bit annoying. There was some dirt around the kitchen and the clothesline was full of sheets. Beds were creaky but comfy.
