Great apartment in a silent area. We had a good stay and everything we needed. Andreas communication was fast and correct, I can recommend this place.

Quite spacious apartment. There is quite a lot of furniture in the apartment, all necessary amenities for housing. It makes sense to rent this apartment only if you are by car - it is located away from all the entertainment and the sea.

Andreas apartment isn't easy to categorize as it contains positive,
Andreas apartment isn't easy to categorize as it contains positive, neutral and negative attributes. Let's start with positive : Andreas is responsive and very nice, apartment was clean, location is very quiet, there is a parking slot included, air conditioning is working, the kitchen and the bathroom have been updated not too long ago. On the neutral side ie. what Andreas can't change, the apartment is 15" away from first bike station and minimum 30" away with bike (probably 45 min) from the center on the sea side. There is no shops nor restaurants nearby. All bus stops are quite far away. On the negative side, the apartment description is misleading. It has nothing to do with luxury. The apartment is mostly very tired and needs renovation in all other rooms but kitchen and bathroom. In conclusion I would say that if you have a car this apartment is very OK, and if you rely on public transportation, bikes or taxis this apartment is much too far from the interesting areas.
