Description
The flat is exceptionally located in the heart of Larnaca city center and by the Finikoudes seafront. Main bus stop within few meters, bars, cafes, restaurants and amenities. Perfect to enjoy a vibrant and relaxing vacation throughout the year. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).
The space
The flat is located on the first floor. Two double bedrooms, one has access to a private balcony and the other has ensuite bathroom . Great side view of the sea. Open plan kitchen, dining and living room space with access to a second side view balcony. There is an extra toilet and shower room in the corridor that leads to the bedrooms. From time to time I make small changes to some furniture pieces but more or less remains the same. Simple, cute,cosy and modern! :)

**IMPORTANT: At times especially during the summer the main street gets a bit busy so if you are the type of person that needs absolute silence to sleep this flat might not be the best choice unless you come prepared with some earplugs!
Guest access
If you are a big group of friends/family and the flat will not fit you all you should also check my other listing as it is situated in the same building as this one and it fits up to 6 people.
Other things to note
There is a clothes and a dish washing machine. (in case you don't know how to use them please ask me on your arrival and i will show you or provide you with the manual). We can also recommend a dry cleaning shop that offers the best prices in town.
For the little ones if you will need a travel baby crib or a high chair; please do let me know in advance to arrange [Extra charges may apply for this option].
Taxi Service: I know the owner of iTaxi Cyprus and he is more than happy to offer you better rates. Do not hesitate to ask me to book a taxi for your airport transfer.
Please treat my flat as your own. Make sure to put everything back into its place that goes for furniture too. As for any dirty dishes please use the traditional way of washing them up or use the washing machine! It will do its magic.

The place was amazing,
The place was amazing, matching the photos and the description posted. The best thing about it was the location, which was very central and a minute walk from Finikoudes beach and a big variety of restaurants. The flat itself is well furnished and the electronic appliances work very well. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy... Definitely recommend the place!

The host is so sweet she left us some treats in the airbnb. the location is perfect, right at finikoudes beach where everything is super close and walkable. the airbnb itself was very modern and aesthetically pleasing. its got necessary amenities and just exactly what you need. the place is spacious and welcoming. Thank you for the stay! i enjoyed it and will definitely book again if we come to larnaca next time :)

Great location.
Great location. Just a few steps from the beach and restaurants. Close to Agios Lazarus church Square. Great place and Maria responded to all questions right away. Would definitely recommend this location .

Maria was a responsive and attentive host. Communication was clear - and yes, it’s a bit noisy but it wasn’t too bad! We wanted a central location and this delivered! We could walk to almost everything we needed.
