The space
Katerina’s place is a mere two minutes’ walk from the famous Foinikoudes Beach Promenade with all its restaurants, cafes, bars and clubs. It is also a mere two minutes’ walk from the town’s most famous tourist attraction, the 9th Century St. Lazarus Church as well as the City Hall of if you are planning to get married in Larnaca, this is indeed the place for you!
The apartment itself is a cozy two-floor apartment that can easily accommodate three people. There is a gate that leads onto the main entrance and to a wonderful, hidden private garden where Katerina (who lives upstairs), has created a small green paradise with trees, flowers and even a traditional clay oven (built by her father many years ago). There is a patio tent with garden furniture available for your relaxation after a long day of sightseeing or swimming in the beach.
On the ground floor of Katerina’s Place, there is an open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen. The toilet/wash-basin room is downstairs as well. On the upper floor there is a double and a single bed, a closet, TV, and a separate shower/wash basin. All the furniture is brand new. At Katerina’s Place you will have clean, fresh linen and towels, as well as free Wi-Fi connection. Beach towels are provided upon request.

Katerina‘s place was wonderful! The location is great, really in the center of Larnaca. There was everything we needed plus cute cats in the garden where we enjoyed our coffee every morning. Would definitely stay there again!

Ideal location as close to restaurants, bars, shops, bakeries , market and the beach , all within a 5 min walk. Apartment very traditional and the lovely courtyard provided a calm oasis in the city. Katerina was welcoming and provided good restaurant advice .
