Description
Delightful two-story villa completely renovated. The garden is furnished with table for 10 people, sofas, armchairs, barbecue and an outdoor shower. Free and easy parking around the house. It is 400 meters from the beach and there are many shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. It is located in Marina di Pietrasanta, (Loc. Fiumetto) from here it is also easy to reach the centre of Forte dei Marmi, Pietrasanta and the centre of Viareggio.

The space
The house is in a very residential location and a quiet area, has no car noise and its garden guarantees privacy.
Guest access
The house is on the ground floor, so access from the public road to the private driveway is easy, there is only 1 step from the garden to enter the home. On the ground floor there is: kitchen, living room, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom. The door to the sleeping area is narrow for a standard wheelchair.
Other things to note
It is essential to comply with local regulations regarding the separate collection of the brush. The house is equipped with specific buckets for the various types of garbage. It is very important to respect the timetable for door-to-door garbage collection. At home there is a calendar with day and time and type of trash to be found outside directly on the road. It is important to respect the check-in and check-out times. Variations must be shared first and accepted. A delay of more than 30 minutes may result in a penalty of €50, more than 1h of €100. The house must be left clean or an extra charge of 50€ if the house is not left clean
