The space
Our newly refurbished double bedroom ground floor apartment is situated in the heart of the beautiful Makenzy area at Seagate Complex Block B with an interior that is exceptional in taste and design.

Carefully selected luxurious, yet comfortable interior aesthetics have been brought together to offer our guests maximum utilization of all that our property has to offer. Open plan living, dining room and kitchen enables good light and an airy ambiance.

Makenzy Royale is perfect for 5-6 guests, including infants and children. For sleeping arrangements, there are 2 x double bedrooms which are both en-suite, enhancing bathroom privacy, one with a shower and one with a bath tub. Additional guests can use the double sofa bed in the living room, whereas the kitchen is fully equipped for guest maximum capacity.

Children and infants are also welcome and we also provide extra accessories such as baby cribs, high chairs for infants, car seats etc. so you can travel light and stress free in regards to bringing with you these extra necessities when traveling with young children or infants.

One parking space is allocated per apartment in the gated private parking and plenty of free street parking too. Being a ground floor apartment all window views overlook onto the Seagate Complex private grounds.

It is important to note that this property is located in the same complex as Style by the Sea I Makenzy Horizon and in the same neighbourhood as our listings Makenzy Jewel, Makenzy Star and Makenzy Home. Therefore if you are a group travelling together you can all stay in the same area and neighbourhood but in different apartments.

Makenzy Royale is situated in the most perfect location only a few steps away from Kastella Beach. In addition, as it is right in the heart of our towns two most famous beaches; Finikoudes Beach and Makenzy Beach are also a short walking distance away. On route to either beach mentioned above; bars, cafes, restaurants and plenty of tourist attractions and activities can be found.

In simple words, the location is perfect, the property is brand new and we are looking forward to welcoming you for your best holiday yet!
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire apartment plus free private gated parking.
Other things to note
All Covid-19 cleaning and set up protocols are strictly kept from our behalf for your safety.

All our properties are conducted with pest control, health & sanitation checks at the beginning and end of each season.

Our AC units go through maintenance and mechanical service once a year.

For WiFi speed upgrades we can accommodate this for you if needed at your own additional expense. Our current WiFi plan is up to 200mbps.

Due to the current pandemic, self check in and self check out procedures are conducted by the guests alone with key collection available from the lock box service provided on premises. Detailed instructions are given a day before arrival and before departure.

Our check in & check out times are super flexible so go ahead and request that early check in and late check out and make the most of your stay! If however, we have a same day check in / check out on the day that you arrive/depart; then please note that we will do our best to accommodate your request but we also need to take into consideration our departing or new arriving guests :)

Furthermore, in the circumstances that a very late / self check in is required [for check ins as of 20:00 onwards] we provide various options for key delivery such as collection directly from the building premises [no charge] from our LOCK BOX service or if you prefer key delivery directly to the airport this option can also be arranged [extra charges apply]. Whichever method you prefer it’s up to you!

For the infants, if you will need a travel baby crib or a high chair; please do let us know in advance to arrange [Extra charges apply for this option: 5.00 Euros extra per day]. Finally, we can also provide 2 x car booster seats at 5.00 Euros extra per day if you are thinking of renting a car and will require this additional service.

For the beach, we are happy to provide beach towels at the following charge:
2 x beach towels = 10 euros
4 x beach towels = 16 euros
6 x beach towels = 24 euros

Additional Plus points included in the apartment, a smart TV, a kettle, a toaster, a fridge, a clothes drying rack, a clothes iron and plenty of wardrobe space is also available. FREE private and street parking is also available.

Please treat our property as you would your own; and please do make sure to put everything back into its place before you check out if you happen to move things around such as furniture etc.

Great place, a very gracious, very responsive proactive host.

Great place, a very gracious, very responsive proactive host. I enjoyed the location very much as is was literally 100 meters from the water and restaurants. The bed was a little harder than i would like. Water pressure was excellent, the shower was great. The kitchen had all the amenities, everything we needed was there. Pans, pots, silver wear, plates, cups, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, stove. The host had two bottles of spring water in the refrigerator for us.
