With over 100 great restaurants in Harrogate and choice of theatres for all tastes. Many bars feature live music.
Leeds, York, Knaresborough, all within a short journey.
The space
Your twinbed room and private shower room in my contemporary apartment is comfortably furnished in a secure, gated development.
My guests are welcome to share my kitchen and enjoy the use of living and dining area.
A choice of Yorkshire, Decaff, Mint and Earl Grey tea, Nespresso or instant coffee, milk, oatmilk and biscuits are complimentary. Enjoy a choice of complimentary NESPRESSO machine coffee!
A shelf in my fridge is available for use by guests and the electric hob and oven are easy to use.
Twin guest beds have fitted sheets, anti allergy duvets in duvet covers and 2 pillows on each bed.

Bath towels and hand towels supplied.
Wardrobe with hanging space in the room, together with three large shelves for folded clothes.
Individual temperature control in the bedroom with electric heating that can be set to your preference.
The walk-in shower room offers a choice of shower gels and handwash.
Choice of either overhead or handheld shower head, with adjustable temperature.
Door to PRIVATE TERRACE from the bedroom which has a table and chairs, offering comfortable, relaxing time outdoors.
The development is secured by electric gates locked at night and week ends, parking and a ( not enclosed) bike rack is available for residents and visitors. Bring your own bike locks!,
Guest access
I encourage my guests to make themselves at home, use the living/dining room and watch my large television. There is always a reserved shelf in the fridge for my guests, who are able to keep basic food for breakfast, and use the microwave.
Wifi is available.
A washing machine is available for a charge of £5.00 includes use of Fairly Liquid for each use. Dryer is also available at the cost of £5.00 each time it is used.
During your stay
I prepared a very useful guide to Harrogate and the surrounding area, together with a complimentary map of the town centre.
I am always available to recommend restaurants and places to visit.
Other things to note
In the unlikely event of a guest falling ill, Harrogate Hospital is just a 5 minute drive.
Yorkshire offers one of the best medical assistance in the UK.

Marta is a wonderful host. She was both generous and proactive when my husband's dementia meant an immediate shower on our arrival and a realignment of our bedding situation. She is a friendly lady and excellent company when required. Her apartment is very well appointed, in a secure location, very close to the amenities of the town. Highly recommended for your stay in Harrogate.
