Perfectly located, in the centre of town, you will be within easy reach of all of Doncaster's attractions. The studio includes a fully fitted kitchen, modern bathroom, wifi throughout and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay in the heart of the city. Note: We manage a number of studios in this building - The unit represents our typical studio, however this layout may differ slightly.
The space
This bright and modern studio apartment has been finished to a high standard with comfortable furnishings and modern appliances. The open plan living/sleeping area is made up of a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table and smart Tv. There is high speed broadband throughout the studio. The comfortable double bed will be made up with crisp hotel linen. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use.
Guest access
Guests have sole access to the studio for the duration of their stay.

Please note: We manage a number of apartments in this building - The unit presented represents our typical studio, however this layout may differ slightly.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people.
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.

From the booking confirmation, apprehension grew due to negative host reviews. Concerns proved valid as disappointments unfolded. Queries on parking and early check-in met with ignored and curt responses. Arrival confusion arose from an inaccurate address; the host's responsiveness worsened. Greeted late by a rushed property manager, we asked to use the toilet, trailing her, only to be left behind. Stranded on the top floor for over an hour, their belated return lacked remorse.
