The space
A comfortable and cosy apartment that has been finished to a high standard, featuring stylish furnishings and modern fixtures and fittings. The open plan living space features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, dining table and a very comfortable sofa and smart TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The cosy double bedroom features plently of storage space for clothes and a comfortable bed with crisp hotel linen. The modern bathroom has a large shower, toilet and sink as well as complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use.

Guests have sole access to the apartment.

Parking is available upon request and subject to availability.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay.
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00 : £50.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00 : £75.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.

This is the second of this host's apartment I stayed in and it was as good as the first.
This is the second of this host's apartment I stayed in and it was as good as the first. The apartment was very clean and looks exactly as in the pictures. The host was very responsive and assisted with checking in. I felt like I was at home through the duration of my stay. I will look out for apartments by this host in my future trips.
