Description
A homely dwelling with more than enough room, which is not overcrowded however not too simple. A newly carpeted floor on the main bed side of the room has been fitted, complemented by the mood lighting which can be altered to your liking. Our refurbished private bathroom means you can have peaceful downtime whether showering or bathing.
The space
The bedroom consists of the main double bed and a sofa bed which can provide sleeping space for 2 more people, just let us know if you need it and we shall lay it out prior to your arrival. A TV is included in the room along with connection to our virgin media super-hub WiFi.
During your stay
I am available throughout the day, just a call or a text message away. If not, my son (co-host) who helps organise is also available in person or through the phone.
Other things to note
**ATTENTION** anyone allergic to dogs or dog lovers, we have recently welcomed a golden retriever puppy into our home. In respect to our guests the puppy has not and will not be anywhere near the guest spaces, however if requested you can meet the puppy!

My three night stay was over too quickly.
I was pleased to be in large, warm, room that had everything I needed, a comfortable bed, kettle, mini fridge and good wifi. If I had been there for longer in the middle of winter I would have appreciated the electric blanket and TV.

Another excellent stay with Rodney.
Another excellent stay with Rodney. We are made to feel so welcome and are beginning to feel part of the family! So convienient for the station to catch the train either into York or Harrogate, however it is only a 20 minute walk anyway into Harrogate along a beautiful route. Accommodation is very spacious with ones own private bathroom. We wouldnt stay anywhere else when visiting either Harrogate or York and will be seeing Rodney his beautiful wife Emily and special dog Jess very soon!
