Description
This is a very spacious apartment on the most famous row of Georgian buildings in the center of Clifton village in Bristol. A full moisture and mould check has been carried out 30/08/23
There is a small garage for guests to use for free ( a must in this area,) and everything is within walking distance from this superb place.
Whether in town for business or holidays this beautiful flat will cater for all your needs.
The space
Please note the garage will not accommodate extra height cars or vans but if you can park in front of the garage during your stay if you want. My VW Passat estate fits in the garage but with 1 wing mirror tucked in.
There are also curtains and blinds of course - the photos were taken before they were fitted ;-)
The flat has two great sized double bedrooms the larger of which has a super king bed which can be split into 2 singles if needed, this room also boasts a great en suite too.
There is a double sofa bed in the lounge for a 5th and 6th person (£35 pp/pn). With a second bathroom with new shower over bath meaning each bedroom has its own bathroom too.
Fully furnished throughout this flat will allow you to turn up and feel immediately at home.
We have tried to think of everything from comfy beds and linen to tea, coffee and milk so you can arrive, kick your feet up on the massive sofa and relax with a cuppa.!
There is a courtyard front and back and access to the private communal gardens directly opposite the front door of the flat.
We are unable to accommodate those wanting to party as this is a quiet neighborhood - sorry.

All areas of the flat will be available to you. You also have free access to the private communal gardens across the road.
Other things to note
Please note that all guests will need to provide photo ID through this site before access will be possible.
For long term stays the apartment can be given new bedding, towels and cleaned every other week. This will be charged at £80 per clean.
Positive reviews are needed to book this home.
The thermostat will allow you to increase the temperature to 22 Deg C. Please contact us if you need it warmer as there is a £10 surcharge per day for this extra energy.

Additional rules
- Please close bathroom doors after showering to allow the extraction fan to remove the moisture in the air. It causes black mould if let out into the flat. Thank you for your help with this.
Please always leave the garage door open or people tend to park Infront of it blocking guests in or out. Thanks
Quiet after 9 pm in the court yard and 11pm inside the flat as we have elderly neighbours
-£50 surcharge for use of the sofa bed .
- Please use the ashtray provided in the front court yard if you smoke.
-No parties of any kind.
-Bins in court yard are for laundry only please don't put rubbish in them.
-The key for the bin store is inside the store to the right. Just reach in. The bin store is to the left of the garage as you look at it from the road outside.
- Door Keys must please go back into the lock box at the end of your stay for the next guest.
- Please do not lock the garage as the next guest will need access.

We were very happy with the whole experience and due to excellent instructions and flat up to expectations we had no need to contact the hosts.

The garage was a real bonus shame we couldn’t get our second car outside the garage due to lack of room and an unwelcome yellow line! Apart from that we had a fab stay. Regards Steve

Mould in both bedrooms as it’s a basement flat with damp issues.
Mould in both bedrooms as it’s a basement flat with damp issues. Dehumidifier just makes the place very dry. Doesn’t solve the problem. Also a king bed isn’t just two singles pushed together. Kitchen crockery really old. Linen poor quality. Generally used/stained furniture except dining table.
