The space
Nestled in the heart of St Werburgh's, a popular and increasingly trendy location, the house is spacious, beautiful, and enjoys a private garden. It is freshly refurbished and well optimised for both work and leisure. The spacious kitchen and lounge form the heart of the house.
The black out blinds and double glazed windows reduce noise and light pollution to enable a good night's sleep.
The front sitting room is fitted with a comfortable king sized sofa bed and with the third bathroom positioned on the ground floor, guests using this room can enjoy the house without having to use the staircase.
The large dining table and fast internet which is extended throughout the house makes Sandbed House suitable for collaborating professionals as well as connected social guests.

Parking is on street and free of charge.
The option of a downstairs bedroom and bathroom means that not all guests have to rely on the stairs.
