Description
We are a mother-daughter duo from Cyprus looking forward to hosting you in a beautiful, new, fully equipped, clean, 2 BR 2 BATH condo with 2 pools, fast wi-fi and Netflix near the Ayia Napa area. The condo is located in Paralimni, within a 10 min walk from downtown and from April 1st Avenue, where there are grocery stores and various services. The towns of Ayia Napa and Protaras are about 12 min by car. We have numerous returning guests and are registered with Cyprus’ Deputy of Ministry Tourism.

WHAT OUR GUESTS LOVE
Access to 2 large private pools (one for children) with comfortable sun beds, water fountains, outdoor showers and bathrooms. The pool area is open until 10 PM every day.
Within 4 km/9 minutes by car of some of the most beautiful beaches in Cyprus such as Nissi Beach, Fig Tree Bay, and Sirena Bay.
Next to downtown Paralimni with supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, gas stations, cafes and other services accessible within a 2-minute drive or a 10-minute walk. Easy access to Ayia Napa, and Protaras, which are within a 12-minute drive.
Spacious and open floor plan with 85 m2 (or 915 ft2) inside + 25 m2 (or 270 ft2) outside split across two large balconies.
Fiber internet and wi-fi suitable for streaming and videoconferencing.
Bright (west facing) with views of the Pentadaktylos mountain range, and stunning sunsets.
Free covered parking for one small car, and plenty of free street parking in front of the building.
Extremely safe. The building has remote-control operated gates, and code-accessible doors.
Quiet and private. It is on the top floor with recessed balconies and no buildings in front.
Sparkling clean. Guests have the option to arrange and pay separately for a regular cleaning service.
Two full bathrooms allow for a comfortable family or group stay.
Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances (no dryer) and cooking equipment.
Bath and pool/beach towels, and toiletries are provided.

• A large outdoor folding table for dining on one of the balconies can be made available upon request

Additional rules
- The correct number of overnight guests must be indicated in the reservation request for the entire duration of the reservation. If not, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation at any point. If additional guests stay for only a part of your trip, please contact the host in advance. Guests will be responsible for any extra guest fees that are not included in the original reservation.
- Pool use: 7AM - 11 PM in summer + rules posted in the pool area should be respected.
- Trash should be taken to the green trash cans next to the building entrance when checking out.
- Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets.
- To help us conserve energy (and avoid extremely high utility bills), please do not set air conditioning temperatures below 24 celsius in the summer, and remember to turn off all air conditioning/heating units, fans, lights, and gas grill when you are not in the apartment and before checking out.
- Please close all building doors behind you and do not open the pool gate for anyone.
- Keys and pool cards should be left inside the apartment when checking out.
- Lost pool cards, and lost parking remotes have a 50 euro charge each.
- Lost keys and missing towels carry a 10 euro charge each.

In one word: extraordinary.
In one word: extraordinary. This was perhaps the cleanest and best equipped airbnb I have ever stayed at. The place literally had everything - from kitchen appliances and utensils to cotton swabs and all the bath amenities. Very fast internet, comfy beds, blackout curtains and much more. The place is within 10 minutes drive from several lovely beaches, and the complex has a really nice pool. However, not much within walking distance so a car is pretty much a must. I would totally recommend this place and Christina the lovely and helpful host.
