Location, location, location! Our Malama beach house is located on the fabulous Blue Water Bay resort. Directly off the Kapparis's Kennedy Avenue main strip of bars and restaurants but far enough away to give you real peace and quiet.
The stunning cobalt waters of Malama Beach are a 5 minute walk away and the famous Fireman's Beach is just a 10 minute walk.

The space
The villa comfortably sleeps 4 in two well-appointed bedrooms. There is air conditioning in every room and super fast WIFI everywhere you need it.
Your private swimming pool is surrounded by a mature garden and there are plenty of areas to sunbathe and dine alfresco.
Each of the two bedrooms has its own private bathroom with a shower.
The master bedroom has a glorious balcony overlooking the pool below.
The villa has fast, free WIFI installed. HD Smart TV ready, Netflix logged in, and ready to go.
Every room has air conditioning, that works!

We had a great time
We had a great time, the house is a great size with a lovely pool that gets sun all day but also has shade when you want it. The house was clean with every amenity we needed and the host, Craig, was proactive, helpful and very professional. Everything we needed was handled very well and communication was fast and efficient. The air conditioning was lovely and cool and everything worked. Close to the house, there are several fantastic restaurants (we recommend the Asian fusion particularly) and the beach is just down the road. It’s a lovely area and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Lovely villa with a private pool - a huge selling point for us. Good to have ensuite shower rooms for both bedrooms. Close to beach, the amazing Zorbas bakery, and Tony's for inflatable fun for the kids and eating. Highly recommended

Craig's villa is very comfortable and air-conditioned. We had everything we needed. The private pool is a real delight, very clean and maintained. The beach is 150 meters on foot and there are also shops, restaurants and an excellent pastry shop on foot with also hot takeout dishes 500 meters at most from the house. We highly recommend this rental and will gladly go back.

It was a successful vacation in Craig's house! We had everything we needed! It was clean and very well equipped! The pool was personally cleaned by him every other day! Supermarket is three minutes by walking! Next door is an ice cream parlor where you can get everything you need from ice cream to crepes! Many restaurants are within walking distance, as well as Malama Beach, with beach bar! However, it is very crowded! If you want to be quieter, you have to walk a few meters or drive! We stayed at Trinity Beach, there it was significantly quieter, despite beach bar! However, the highlight was the boat trip with Craig's yacht! Thank you for that! It was a perfect day at sea!
