The villa is situated in an ideal location in central Protaras, 5 minutes walk from the main tourist street and best beach in the area, but far enough away to enjoy your peace and undisturbed rest.
Situated in its own spacious and private 850m2 plot, the villa has an exceptionally large and well maintained mature garden with a big 10x5m swimming pool, grassed area and lots of patio/verandah space to enjoy the best of outdoor living in the beautiful sunny Cypriot climate. There is also a small fruit tree garden and you are welcome to help yourself to its grapefruits, clementines, lemons and pears!
Outdoor furniture includes 2 patio table with 8 chairs each, sun beds and 3 day beds
It has 4 double bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms, one main bathroom upstairs and a downstairs toilet. An open-plan living, dining and kitchen area opens invitingly on to the veranda and pool area and can comfortably accommodate 8 guests.
The kitchen has modern appliances including washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, ceramic hob and oven. The living room has a large LCD TV and the dining area has an attractive wooden table with 8 chairs.
The villa was built in 2006 and was last painted in 2022

I’m unbelievably glad we chose this villa to stop in whilst visiting Protaras. Our host Connie was very friendly and hospitable from the onset. She even equipped the Villa with basic food (bread & juice) and toys for the child in our party. The location is beyond perfect, a five minute walk from Lidl, and a ten minute walk to the strip, eight minutes if you’re a fast walker. The villa itself is spacious, with a grass area and double sun lounger, plus an ample sized pool for six people. There’s air con in every room plus WiFi upstairs and downstairs. The kitchen isn’t the biggest but it’s adequate. The kitchen is well stocked and has all the utensils, cutlery and crockery that you’d need to have BBQ’s. There’s also basic ingredients (salt, pepper, sauces) plus sun cream and books left over from previous occupants. There’s also a bit driveway if you chose to hire a car.. We loved that the pool had a barrier so there was no need to worry that my eighteen month old nephew would fall into pool without us realising. The pool cleaners came twice in the space of a week, they come at random times throughout the day but they take 15 minutes to clean and then you’ll be left in peace. Overall, this Villa is the personification of perfect. If this Villa suits your needs, I’d highly recommend booking!

Beautiful Elektra
Last day of our 3rd stay at this gorgeous villa. I have to say, it didn't disappoint as usual. This villa has everything you could possibly need and more. Beautiful gardens with it's own little lemon grove, maintained really well. The villa is spotless, pool cleaned twice a week. Connie, the owner is attentive and extremely helpful should you need anything. We had fresh produce on the lovely barbecue many nights. Protaras is a lovely place, we hired a car from Windmills as usual and had a drive around the coast. A car is a must in my opinion. Kapo Greko is beautiful. The restaurants are all fab but one to visit is Doma in Pernera. Good bars, lots of fun. Thank you Connie for making our stay so comfortable. We'll be back again very soon.

Perfectly located villa , ideal for a great family holiday.
Villa spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Large swimming pool and attractive gardens which are not overlooked. Shops and restaurants a short walk from the villa. Connie, the owner, could not have been more friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.

Villa Elektra, Protaras The first thing we have to say Cyprus is a very friendly and welcoming island with beautiful views and fantastic weather. We found Villa Elektra to be very clean, homely and traditional which is situated in a quiet location. The villa was equipped with all the usual facilities, including air con in every room, and numerous additional features that many villas do not think of, including shopping trolleys ready for the trip to the local Lidl. The villa grounds are mainly paved area, with a large pool and new day beds. In addition, a pleasant garden area nearby. The patio area includes two dining tables outside, therefore, you have plenty of areas for sun or shade, making it a great setting for relaxing and eating. Protaras is a great location which is close to beautiful beaches, shops and plenty of excellent Restaurants and Bars, all with great service and no language barrier. The amenities offer a great choice for all ages and music preferences, with the main strip only a ten-minute walk away from the villa Elektra. Connie, the villa owner, was superb from the day of booking to the day we left, she was informative, helpful and quick to respond to any issues arising however small, which is reassuring for any holiday maker.

Amazing time!
The villa itself is a twist of modern and traditional decoration and it very well maintained and clean. It was a great sized pool, a large garden area and everyroom boasts air-conditioning which is very welcome! The owner of the amazing villa is Connie. She was the most attentive,caring and welcoming host I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Nothing was of too much hassle or issue for Connie and she was genuinely on the other side of the phone for anything we needed. (Our transfer from the airport to villa didn't speak very good English and we didn't speak Greek but Connie liaised with them and got us there safely and without delay.) Highly recommend this villa if you're staying in Cyprus. Thanks Connie!

Highly recommend this beautiful villa
Beautiful villa in a great location within easy walking distance to all the shops, bars, restaurants and beach in Protaras. The villa is very clean, really comfortable and nicely decorated, very spacious and has the all the amenities you could possibly need. The garden is beautiful with loads of room and a fab pool with a safety fence around it which gives extra piece of mind with young children. Connie the owner is so helpful and friendly, she gave loads of instructions before we got there so no issues getting to the villa or getting in and she is available to answer any questions you may have. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and I would definitely go again. Our family’s ages ranged from 2 - 60 and every one of us loved Villa Elektra where we made some lovely family holiday memories!
