The property is located in Tramonte-Lucca / Tuscany / Italy and accommodates 10 persons max in beds and an additional 2 persons in cots (for the children).

An amazing two-story all stone farmhouse of 300 meters squared built in the 1700 and 1800s. The farmhouse is unique in its combination of traditional and modern interior design and its split level outdoor areas for entertaining, enjoying the sun and swimming.
The space
The main level of the farmhouse is comprised of a spacious living room with large fireplace, spacious dining room area that seats 18, a professional kitchen ideal for those who love to cook and a powder room.
The kitchen leads to a small garden and a large dining "Al Fresco" area that seats 20 people furnished with a large stone BBQ and Pizza oven area which also leads to the sun bathing and pool area.

The upper level has 4 ensuite bedrooms named after certain gems.

Rubino (Ruby): master bedroom with large queen-size bed and a queen-size sofa bed which are separated by an antique armoir; large bathroom with a walk-in stone shower and 2 person whirlpool

Ambra (amber): master bedroom with large queen-size bed and bathroom with shower

Ametista (Amthyest): master bedroom with large queen-size bed and bathroom with shower
