It is walking distance from the historic walls of Lucca and the centre of town. The villa was recently renovated and furnished to modern high standards. New kitchen, outdoor dining area and modern bathrooms with walk-in showers. Front and back gardens.

First floor: 3 double bedrooms, 1 family bathroom with walk in shower and bath tub, 1 sitting room.
Second floor: 3 double bedrooms, 1 sitting room with double sofa bed, 2 bathrooms with walk in shower.
Outdoor: front and back gardens. Private parking up to 4-6 cars. The swimming pool is 9 mts x 3,5 mts. Depth 1,4 mts. It has Large steps on one side and Led lights for the evening. Dining area with bbq

DURING WINTER TIME FROM MID OCTOBER TILL END OF APRIL THE SWIMMING POOL IS CLOSED AND THEREFORE ITS NOT AVAILABLE.

The house is in a great location for accessing Lucca and it felt even better than the pictures.

The house is in a great location for accessing Lucca and it felt even better than the pictures. Cristina was an incredible host. She consistently went out of her way to make sure our family had both a great stay in the house and a great trip more broadly. As an example, we were traveling with small babies, and Cristina went out of her way during our stay to purchase a high chair for the house to make our stay more enjoyable.

I cannot recommend Villa Margerita highly enough. It is a great location for Lucca with two gates to the town a few minutes walk. The villa is stunning, modern, extremely well equiped,

Cristina met us at the home, gave us a tour and explained everything to us.

Cristina met us at the home, gave us a tour and explained everything to us. When a question came up during our stay she was very responsive and helpful. The home was beautiful, even better than the pictures! Very short walk to inside the walls of Lucca (you can see the gate, Porta San Donato from the gate to the home). The views from the front facing windows is incredible - looking right at the wall of Lucca. The street in front of the house is busy, but it quiets down at night, and the crosswalk to enter through the Porta San Donato is very close. We enjoyed the patio and pool very much and enjoyed many glasses of wine and aperativo.

We had a wonderful stay in Lucca. Cristina was so helpful. She sent useful information prior to our holiday, greeted us on arrival and showed us how everything worked. She was very responsive to any messages during our stay and helped us with planning trips and restaurant bookings. Beautiful property and easy walk to local restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend staying here.

Very nice house

Very nice house. The 3-story distribution is ideal for staying with several families, we appreciated having each our floor. The pool is stunning. A barrier to protect access for children would be a plus.
