Ideal location to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside with a large group of family and/or friends just a few kilometers from downtown
The space
The villa sleeps 19.
the price is for up to 10 people with accommodation in a double or double room. Guests who want a single room will have to pay a surcharge .
Each additional person after 10 will pay a surcharge of 50 euros per day .
Other things to note
Very important for the tranquility of the neighbors is respecting the hours for music and shouting outside the villa , after midnight it is strictly forbidden !
Very important in renting the rental of the
Villa does not include the cost of heating that is calculated on use .
The swimming pool , being in the garden and not being heated, will be open from May 15 to September 15. If the temperatures allow it, the dates can have changed .

What an amazing, historic villa! Our family of 11 loved our time there.
What an amazing, historic villa! Our family of 11 loved our time there. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was a major bonus. The house of course has no air conditioning, but each room does have a fan. Brian was very communicative and answered any questions immediately. He even gave us the name of a local chef who came and did a cooking class at the Villa for us. Wish we had stayed longer!

This place is simply extraordinary.
This place is simply extraordinary. A huge centuries-old mansion with spectacular views and so much space you feel you are in a castle. The place to come with a big group. Lots of space for privacy and tables for dinner for 20. Brian is very responsive and relaxed. All in all, could hardly be better.
