Welcome to The North Shore!!!
Our cottage is built with quality detail and premium finishes. The North Shore presents a 100 ft waterfront loaded with all the toys and a FREE ARCADE with 8 awesome games in the walk out basement. Two Aluminum boats with up to 20 hp for rent, Kayak, Canoe, and a Paddle Boat. These toys sit along a 100 Ft dock with a 20ft x 20ft entertainment area on the dock.
This South facing property provides sunshine all day.

The Arcade presents free play with Air Hockey, Fooseball, Pinball, Buck Shot Shooting Game, Cyclone Ice - 3 player, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - 4 player , Mortal Combat - 2 player and Sponge Bob for the little ones.

The North Shore has Five bedrooms total. Three upstairs and Two in the walk out lower level with beautiful lake front views. We also have Two Queen size pull out memory foam mattresses in the lower walk out level for extra beds.
All Furniture, Beds and Bedding will be brand new and luxurious.
The waterfront has some beach / sandy areas mixed with rocky shoreline and has a gorgeous lakefront firepit for all guests to relax and enjoy.
The water is 15 ft deep off of the dock to enjoy the jump and dive into Moira Lake. The waterfront area off the dock is very safe for kids to swim and families to enjoy our water toys.
BRING LARGE GARBAGE BAGS FOR ALL TRASH BINS AND KITCHEN TRASH.
NO LOOSE TRASH.
ALL GARBAGE MUST BE CLEANED AND BAGS THROWN IN THE OUTDOOR GARBAGE BINS PROVIDED.
DISHES MUST ALL BE CLEANED AND PUT AWAY BEFORE CHECKING OUT.

Check out Dino's Pizzeria for the Best Pizza in town, the FireHall Restaurant for a nice meal beside a stunning riverside, or the Hidden Golden Bakery for great homemade baked goodies.
The Village has built a beautiful Playground for children of all ages as well as a Bike and Skate park.
They also have a large Splash Pad for fun in the sun!!!
Other things to note
Moira Lake is a beautiful spring fed lake and wonderful for family fun.
Powersports and boats welcome with free docking and a free boat launch.

Great home for larger groups with open areas for get togethers as well as covered outdoor areas for rainy days. Multiple sitting areas for the larger groups that want to do different things through out the day. Great place to stay and friendly owner to communicate with.

it is nice quiet place with Lakeview. The long deck in the backyard is amazing to do barbecue and watch the scenery in backyard. We enjoyed the place.

Beautiful space that accommodated our large group very well. Everyone was comfortable and were able to enjoy privacy when needed. Lots of room inside and out made for an entertaining stay! Would definitely rent again.

We celebrated a family reunion at Jeremy's house with 16 people and it was absolutely lovely! The house is absolutely beautiful, extremely clean, functional and the view is amazing and very peaceful.
