Negative side: the entrance is not autonomous as indicated, each time you want to enter and exit you must contact the concierge 5 minutes beforehand so that they come and open the gate of the property, which is inconvenient and restrictive. In addition, the concierge speaks only English. The house was not clean, full of dust and cobwebs. The kitchen is poorly equipped, not at all suitable for cooking. My daughters slept on the couch, part of the couch was done, the other part didn't even have a sheet. And the height, at the time of checkout, the concierge asked me for €40 because we were with our 2 small dogs. What has never been mentioned during check-in! I contacted Airbnb who told me that it was abnormal to claim money outside the Airbnb platform.
