The location is great with a local restaurant a 20 minute walk and a mini-market a 5 minute drive; plus the lovely St Thomas beach is a 30 minute walk or a 10 minute drive. The elegant ground floor living, dining and kitchen areas show great attention to detail and the patio doors open out to the lovely swimming pool at the front. There is a ground floor bedroom that opens onto the pool terrace and the other three double bedrooms are all on the first floor with patio doors opening onto balconies, a great way to see the sunset with a glass of something cold, with the added bonus that they all have their own ensuite shower rooms so no queues for the bathrooms! The tiny community of Karavados has a couple of tavernas with nearby Trapezaki valley offering a delightful region of green fields, olive groves and orchards with criss-crossing tracks scattered, several small tavernas, a few mini markets here and there, and a chance to explore the area on foot, with a popular beachside taverna at Trapezaki beach.
