Description
Agriturismo LEGI is a race horse breeding farm located between Siena and Arezzo, within walking distance to the small village Pietraviva. The property consists of 4 rental villas and an apartment occasionally used by the owner. The villas at Agriturismo LEGI have been named after winning horses born on the stud farm. Near the pool and in the communal gardens there are a couple of gazebos furnished with tables and chairs to relax in the shade.
The entire estate is well maintained. It is located on the valley floor and has open views of the surrounding fields and onto the distant hills. There are two pools next to the houses, one larger than the other. The pools are separated by a small wellness centre which has a sauna, steam bath and a Jacuzzi. The jacuzzi is for 5 people and there are a couple of deck chairs to relax in. On one side of the wellness centre you will find the sauna whilst on the other side you will find a Turkish steam bath. There is also a large, communal barbeque area with a pizza oven alongside the property.
