Description
the house is close to Arezzo 60 km from Siena and 55 from Florence. Cortona is 15 km away. they are three rooms all with exits to the outside, on the lawn. on the side there is a small river. The space around is very large. Even on foot you can reach the shop of the village that sells practically everything, but above all local products really at km 0. Hams, eggs and fruit are only from local producers. Such a genuine place no longer exists anywhere. to go either to Arezzo or Cortona, to Florence or Siena, the area is served by regular buses that also take you to the two nearby train stations. The bus stop can also be reached on foot. Another place to visit is Lake Trasimeno near Perugia, the distance is minimal. in summer there is the beach and it's like being at the sea.
