Apartment in Villa of 19th century belonging to our family. Our grandparents used to live here and now we have divided the villa in 5 smaller apartments. This is the second one we list on VRBO. We have completely renovated it for our Guests.

The historical center is at 10 minutes walk and more precisely at 1 km distance.
It is Located in a comfortable road for driving and parking, at just 200 meters from the famous church of Santa Maria delle Grazie, one of the many heritage art pieces of the city.
A location which allows our guests to be very close to the historical center and at the same time to be free to leave quickly Arezzo for the daily car excursions in the other touristic cities close to Arezzo and South of Tuscany like Cortona, Volterra, and other smaller villages of etruscan heritage.
We are proud to offer our guests a very comfortable and cozy apartment composed by one main bedroom with Kingsize bed and finest satin cotton sheets and pillows bags. This bedroom si about 20 sqmts
There is a comfortable and completely renovated bathroom with shower.
We offer a courtesy kit of shower gel and shower cap and hair dryer.
After a day of work or pleasure in Arezzo You can relax and also cook small meals with our electrical kitchenette.
The apartment is on the ground floor and has a separate access from the rest of the building and other apartments.
Guests arriving at our apartment will be greeted by us and we will introduce how the apartment works before leaving the keys.

Great Place in Arezzo
My wife and I stayed multiple nights in the beautiful Pear Studio in October 2016. The unit itself was perfect size for the wife and I. A nice comfortable queen size bed, great heat/Ac unit, a small Tv for background Italian, a smallish kitchen corner that had, among other things, a fridge that had ice trays and a very cold inside for our snacks and beverages. The shower was very nice and hot, with a good water flow. We had free parking just outside the unit on street and in spaces, so that was easy to handle. The unit is inside a locked courtyard and has a security door, windows with good ventilation. It felt very safe ... one tip on the courtyard gate - spin the key all the way to left, then all the way to right and push down firmly on the handle to open. It took us a few times to figure it out. The location is quiet and about a mile or so to walk into the main area of Arezzo. We thought the location was perfect and it felt safe walking back and forth during day and night. We recommend the Pear Studio for your stay in Arezzo'!!
