Toledo Perfecto
Nico was an amazing host; we could not have asked for a better place from which to enjoy Toledo. It was our first stop in the country, Nico was a most understanding and helpful host.

Property very well located , everything in walking distance. Nico was very helpful with where to park and provided a very useful info pack with recommendations on restaurants, shops etc. Flat had English Netflix which was useful.

Perfect Stay in Toledo
Nico’s place in the heart Toledo old town was perfect for our stay during Holy Week ( Semana Santa). The proximity to all the key sites in town let us hit them early, take a break midday in the property, and head back out in the evening. Location is everything. Nico could not have been more accommodating and gracious allowing us to drop some bags at the property before check in, getting us situated during check in and even arranging a taxi during our departure. He helped facilitate a great stay.

Fabulous location, host, beds, etc!
Nico was a fabulous host and made the checkin process seamless! He welcomed us to the house and told us all the necessities. We tried several of his restaurant recommendations and they were great. The beds were comfortable and shower was good (can’t say that for everyone)! I highly recommend Nico’s place! Close to EVERYTHING!

Bucket list visit
My husband and I visited Nico’s apartment during Corpus Christi. We had just finished leading a 10 day tour across 5 countries with 37 students and parents from the high school where I teach. The apartment was so comfortable,historic, and modern all rolled up into one. We were sick of restaurant food so we took advantage of the kitchen and local markets. The little market literally straight out the door from the courtyard had everything needed to make a great meal. We were steps away from the cathedral square where amazing musical programs took place every night. The town was decorated with the most beautiful banners, flowers, and lanterns you could ever imagine. We were able to spend several hours each day exploring Toledo then pop back to the apartment to rest or get something to eat. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was great, and the air conditioner kept the apartment extremely comfortable. Don’t miss Toledo, Corpus Christi, or this lovely apartment. Nico is a wonderful host!!!
