Welcome to our beautiful country house near Arbroath. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.
As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave, while there is a BBQ and pizza oven for outside cooking.
The house and grounds are a perfect place to relax with swimming pool, hot tub, games garage, cosy TV room, 3 acres of beautiful grounds full of wildlife as well as internet access.
This house has 6 bedrooms and can sleep up to 17 guests.
In the first bedroom on the ground floor, you will find a king-size bed plus a single sofa bed.
Upstairs the family suite has a king-size bed and double sofa and is ensuite.
In the next bedroom, there is a double bed.
The fourth bedroom contains bunk beds.
The fifth bedroom contains a king-size bed and single sofa bed.
The sixth bedroom is ensuite with a four poster bed and single sofa bed.
There are 4 bathrooms.
The ground floor bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The main upstairs bathroom has a toilet and sink and a bath
The third bathroom is ensuite and has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The fourth bathroom is also ensuite and has a toilet and sink a bath with shower.
Linen and towels are included to make your stay more enjoyable but please bring your own towels for the pool.
