You have spent the day shopping, visiting friends & enjoying drinks. You’ve tried an ice cream from the famous Visocchi’s Cafe and are now walking barefoot along the beach listening to the waves. You approach the perfect, white walled, seaside cottage - the glow of house lights illuminate the pebble stone garden path. You realise this is your home for the week…
Welcome to At The River.
**At The River is cleaned by our trained housekeepers who will continue to wear appropriate PPE during the entire turnover. All bed linen and towels provided are laundered by a professional laundry company and arrive bagged & direct from laundry to property. Anti-bacterial hand soap & hand sanitiser are provided.**
At The River is a newly refurbished cottage in Broughty Ferry Dundee. The refurbishment was undertaken with scrupulous detail to bring to you one of the most stylish cottages in Scotland. Every part of this home has something to admire or look out for, including our hidden drawings of Broughty Ferry landmarks hand drawn by a local Calligrapher. We are very proud to offer At The River to our guests and can’t wait for you to stay with us.

1 Double bedroom & 1 bedroom with a trundle bed to offer the option of a single or twin/double bed.
Double sofa bed in living area.
40” TV with Freeview & active Netflix account so you can keep up with your favourite shows.
Fully equipped kitchen to cook your favourite meals.
4 gas ring hob, oven & grill. Washer Dryer, dishwasher & fridge freezer.
Attractive paved outdoor spaces with soft seating, outdoor lighting and BBQ.
Fresh linen and towels provided.
Underfloor heating in the bathroom. Wet room shower & deep relaxing bath.
Complimentary toiletries and amenities.
There is free street parking available outside of the cottage along with a number of complimentary parking spaces a 1 minute walk from the property.
Keys are collected from a lock box on the property and you will have exclusive use of the entire property.

A beautifully presented and clean property that felt luxurious. It was so peaceful staying here. We were a few steps away from the beach and the park. The shops, cafes and restaurants were such a treat. We had a wonderful holiday!
