Milan apartments in Milan Centre, walk to Teatro alla Scala
The apartment is located on the 4th and last floor of the building and has an elevator.
Very bright, very quiet, recently renovated, elegantly furnished and equipped with all comforts.
The apartment has a living room with a dining area, a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a large shower.
In each room there is one or more windows and is equipped with adjustable air conditioning and heating.
The kitchen is well equipped, with induction burners, electric oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and dishwasher.
In the living area there is a large LED TV with digital terrestrial system included.
Towels, sheets, hair dryers and hand soap will be available to you at no additional cost, while items of personal hygiene such as toothpaste and shampoo will not be provided.
Finally, the building is equipped with a laundry area in the basement that can be used by the guests of the apartment.
Air-conditioned accommodations at this apartment offer coffee/tea makers and hair dryers. Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, cookware/dishes/utensils, and dishwashers.

Nice place
The apartment was nice and was not too far from the sites, metro and buses. We had good communication with Francesco and he kindly let us drop off our luggage early. We met his mother Antonia at the apartment, twice, both times she was very unpleasant. She acted very put out and was not friendly. Thinking if Francesco can't meet you personally at the apartment he should find a more pleasant representative.

The apartment was nice and was not too far from the sites, metro and buses. We had good communication with Francesco and he kindly let us drop off our luggage early. We met his mother Antonia at the apartment, twice, both times she was very unpleasant. She acted very put out and was not friendly. Thinking if Francesco can't meet you personally at the apartment he should find a more pleasant representative.

Great Place at a Great Price
The apartment was spacious, with an elevator. The location was convenient in that the buses that ran into historic Rome were in front of the building. The supermarket and Church were across the street. The Metro was about three long blocks away but you could also take the bus to the Metro, a 3 minute trip. The apartment had one bedroom plus a sofa bed in the living room. The internet was excellent and the cable TV had 3 channels with English programs. The TV was a little small. The host were like family and helped us whenever we needed. The area was also very quiet during the night. We stayed almost 2 months with no regrets.

Cozy Apartment Close to it All
We had a great short stay in Milan. This property is easy to get to and close to the major sites while still being tucked away and quiet. We had everything we needed. Great stay!

The location is fantastic. The Brera area is accessible on foot to all of the major neighborhoods. The apartment is cozy. Perfect for one or two people for a short stay. Antonia checked me in and it was very kind and helping me fix any little problems for the apartment.

Great Place!
Wonderful apartment located close to everything! Two nice big doors leading out to false balconies to let in fresh air and a view of rooftops. Only negative is that it is missing some basic equipment - a paring knife is the only sharp knife, no toaster, no microwave, no fan. That said, we really enjoyed the place and our time in Milan!
