Sant' Egidio apartment is located of the ground floor of a 19th C. building and easily accomodates 3 adults (1 is sofa bed). Is a very quiet apartment since orientated to an internal court.
There are 3 stairs to enter the apartment.
The apartment is in typical Tuscan style with beams and joists. Holds 1 large master bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 kitchenette with oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, smoother and small little lounge with flat LED TV and sofa bed. In both bedroom and lounge air conditioning is available. Internet WI-FI connection is free and available together with washing machine.

Amazing location
A lovely flat close to the main sights in Florence. It was great to be able to come back to a lovely cool flat and rest between visiting the busy attractions. The kitchen was well equiped and shower was good. Our hosts were super lovely and answered our questions quickly.

Ground floor apt. near historical center
Finding a ground floor apartment in Florence is no easy task. The apartment is more suited to two guests rather than three, but the location is excellent for accessing all the major sights. A grocery store is 4 minutes walk away. It appeared to us to be a safe neighborhood, and we enjoyed 2 excellent meals just across the street at Barbagianni’s. Apartment was clean and had a hot shower.

Great location, well equipped
My husband and I enjoyed our 2 week stay at this apartment very much. It is right in the heart of Florence, handy to all services and sights. It's a bit of a walk to the train station but a fairly quick cab ride if you choose to go this way. The laundry in apartment was nice but I found it more efficient to use the laundry facilities right across the street. The super mercado is only a few minutes walk and the St. Ambrosio market is less than 10 minutes away. The only negative that we had was that the shower is fairly small but we had no problem with anything else. The bedroom is large with a very comfortable bed. I would recommend this apartment with no reservations.
