Special Place in Spello
For various reasons, we have held 2 properties as our personal favorites. Now there is a third. Factors we rate highly are location, equipment, host helpfulness, and comfort. This apartment has those and more "in spades". Convenient for day trips. Parking is a minor problem - there is a free lot about a 10 minute walk away. The apartment is in a private courtyard a very short distance from Kennedy Piazza. There are stairs up to front door and inside to the bedrooms and bath. Very quiet. There is everything for short or long stays. Spello is a lovely hill town with some fine old buildings and churches, well suited to exploring or relaxing. Plenty of cafes and shops. Highly recommended.

Wonderful location and host!
Cinzia’s home was a perfect location to explore Spello and the surrounding area! She provided snacks and drinks and was a wonderful host. We truly enjoyed getting to talk to her and her sweet kitties who share the garden with you during the day!

Excellent apartment—spacious and great location
Our stay in Spello at Cicenza’s vacation rental was amazing. There was nothing Cicenza did not think of, including, wine, bread, fruit, bottled water, to make our stay comfortable with a welcoming feel. I highly recommend the apartment for a stay in the Assisi area. We rented a car and drove to several neighboring villages; however, Spello stole our hearts!
