The apartment has a large balcony with stunning views over the sea, the beach and the communal swimming pool. There is air-conditioning, free wif and. IPTV with English and multiple language channels, The whole apartment is tastefully furnished. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Bedroom one has a double bed and bedroom 2 has two single beds. The apartment is open plan with a living room, dining area and kitchen with large fridge freezer, oven, crockery, glasses, serving dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, kettle, toaster, microwave and kitchen towels.

Additional facilities include a washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, bed linen, towels, balcony table and chairs. A baby cot and high chair are avilable for rental upon request. There are beach chairs and umbrella. Beach towels are not provided

Refundable 300 Euros damage deposit is required for short term rentals (up to 21 nights) at the time of booking (this is refundable within 10 days after checking out if no damage or missing items identified).

The price of short term rentals includes utilities.

Booking deposit is 100 Euros and refundable damage deposit.
