La villetta, si trova in posizione privilegiata sul litorale di Eloro/Lido di Noto, circondata da un ampio parco di oltre 7000mq, con palme, rigogliosi cespugli di oleandri, bouganville, cactus, e pineta, è situata a pochi metri dal mare, con accesso privato alla spiaggia. Le nostre case vacanza offrono ampie zone giorno ben suddivise e dotate di mobili moderni/chic. Nelle miti serate estive, è piacevolissimo cenare all'aria aperta nel piccolo giardino privato sul retro di ogni villetta. Questo scenario mediterraneo incanta tutto l'anno con i suoi colori e profumi (temperature invernali spesso intorno a 20°C). È una destinazione di viaggio ideale per chi ama poter scegliere: ci si può rilassare (terrazza, giardino, parco) in pace o sulla spiaggia godendosi il sole e la natura tutto l'anno, oppure visitare i numerosissimi e pregevoli monumenti culturali, artistici e storici della Sicilia sudorientale.
La località balneare vive davvero in estate. In alta stagione (luglio / agosto) i giovani o gli adolescenti possono divertirsi qui. I vari stabilimenti balneari offrono bar, ristoranti e nel weekend, musica sulla spiaggia di Lido di Noto. Dato il gran numero di italiani e siciliani che si godono le vacanze qui, anche l'alta stagione rende la vacanza un'esperienza autentica.
Dettagli sulla zona: - 500 metri da una spiaggia selvaggia incontaminata (spiaggia di Pizzuta), ai margini della meravigliosa riserva naturale 'Vendicari', ideale per passeggiate e balneazione.
- 1 km dalla casa troverete la piccola località balneare Lido di Noto. Ha un lungomare chiuso al traffico la sera, con caffè, ristoranti, pizzerie e una bellissima spiaggia attrezzata.
- 10 km dai mosaici dei pavimenti della villa romana del Tellaro.
- 20 km dal borgo marinaro di Marzamemi, un pittoresco villaggio di pescatori con un bel viale, buoni ristoranti, negozi con prodotti tipici e nel weekend una bella movida.
Le altre città del barocco siciliano: Palazzolo (37 km), Scicli (49 km), Ragusa Ibla (57 km) e Modica (44 km), che sono noti per la loro architettura barocca.
- Pantalica (60 km) una delle piú grandi necropoli siciliane dichiarata Patrimonio Unesco dell'Umanitá nel 2005.
- Altri luoghi di escursioni: a 100km si trovano Catania, la seconda città più importante della Sicilia, e l'Etna, il vulcano attivo piú alto d'Europa. Catania è una città ricca e diversificata con un'anima artistica; molti pittori, attori e musicisti siciliani sono nati qui. Il Parco naturale dell'Etna merita sicuramente una visita, perchè lo spettacolo di un'eruzione su uno dei suoi crateri ha un fascino irresistibile, e lo scenario da uno dei crateri sommitali è mozzafiato.
- Verso nord sulla costa orientale della Sicilia si trova Taormina (140 km da Noto) adagiata in alto sulle colline che dominano il mare sottostante. Numerosi scrittori e artisti famosi (Goethe, Maupassant, Houel e altri) hanno espresso il loro interesse per questo luogo elegante e pittoresco ...
Ti consigliamo di trascorrere almeno due settimane di vacanza in questa parte della Sicilia: difficilmente saranno sufficienti per visitare tutte le bellezze di questa zona ... per non parlare dell'incomparabile cucina e dei vini siciliani!

The accommodation, which is surrounded by a huge garden (7000sqm) with a small pine forest and palm trees, lush flowering oleander bushes, bougainvillea and cacti, is just a few meters from the sea with private access to the beach. From a privileged position, our properties offer spacious living areas that are well laid out and fitted with modern/chic furnishings. On balmy summer evenings, however, we recommend enjoying tasty dinners in the small private garden in the fresh air in the backyard of each villa. This Mediterranean scenery, with its colors and scents, enchants all year round, with winter temperatures often around 20°C). In spring, early summer or autumn is the ideal destination for people who like privacy: you can enjoy the sun all year round in the peace of our dwellings (terrace, garden, park) or on the beach. But you may also explore the rich natural, cultural, artistic, and historical sites of south east Sicily.
In high season (July/August) young people or teenagers can have fun here. Noto Marina really lives in summer. The various Beach Clubs offer music on the beach. And there are plenty of restaurants and pizzerias along the beach promenade. Given the high number of local Sicilians who enjoy their holidays here, even the high season makes for an authentic Sicilian experience.
Area details: - 500 meters from a pristine wild beach (Pizzuta beach), on the edge of the beautiful nature reserve 'Vendicari', ideal for walks and swimming, along pristine wetlands and archeological trails.
- 1 km from the house you will find the small seaside town of Lido di Noto. It has a promenade with cafes, ice cream cafes, reataurants, pizzerias, beach clubs, watersport facilities (canoe/kayack, waterski, windsurf, etc.), beach volley and a beautiful gold sand beach.
- 10 km from the mosaics of the Roman Villa on the Tellaro;
- 20 km from the fishermen village of Marzamemi, a picturesque fishing village with a beautiful boulevard, good restaurants, an interesting nightlife and shops selling local products.
The other cities of Sicilian Baroque: Palazzolo (37 km), Scicli (49 km), Ragusa Ibla (57 km) and Modica (44 km), known for their Baroque architecture and their houses that are excavated in the region's limestone rocks.
Pantalica (60 km) one of the great necropolises of Sicily declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco since 2005.
Other places of excursions: 100km away is Catania, the second most important city in Sicily, and Mount Etna, the highest active volcano in Europe. Catania is a rich, eclectic city with an artistic soul; many Sicilian painters, actors and musicians were born here. Etna Natural Park certainly deserves a visit because the spectacle of an eruption from one of its craters is irresistible, as well as his unique and wild nature.
Taormina (140 km) lies further north on the east coast of Sicily and nestled above on the rocks high above the sea. Many famous writers and artists (Goethe, Maupassant, Houel, etc.) have expressed their interest in this charming place and its picturesque beauties...
We recommend that you spend at least a two-week holiday in this part of Sicily - it will hardly be long enough to see all the beauties of this area... not to mention the incomparable Sicilian cuisine and wines!
